Who we are

This site is operated by Quaver Music Ltd, the company behind Kodong Klan, registered in Kenya. For anything on this page, write to kodongklan@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the booking form or the partnership form. That is your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your company name if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or third-party tracking. Pages that embed a Spotify player load that player from Spotify, and Spotify may set its own cookies once you interact with it. Ticket links take you to Mookh, which has its own privacy policy.

Why we hold it and for how long

We use what you send only to reply to you and to run the booking or partnership conversation that follows. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside the house. Enquiries are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted, unless a contract between us requires otherwise.

Your rights under the Data Protection Act

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data of yours we hold
  • Send you a copy of it
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete it
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose

Email kodongklan@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Terms of use

The music, photography, artwork, the crest and the Kodong Klan name are owned by Quaver Music Ltd and the individual artists. You may share and link to anything on this site. You may not reproduce the artwork, photography or recordings commercially, or use the crest or the name to imply a partnership, without written permission.

Show dates, line-ups, prices and availability can change. Where they do, the ticketing partner’s terms govern the ticket, not this page.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. A booking or a partnership exists only once both sides have signed one.
